Security service for buildings, skyscrapers, offices including these basic positions:

- Protection of floors in the buildings
- The floors that security guards are assigned to protect must be checked and controlled regularly.
- In case tenants who rent offices coming back home but forget to lock the door, security guards should coordinate with those who have the same right with building management department to make the record of incident and seal the doors. At the same time, notify to tenants by making the phone call.
- In case of detecting customers and officers smoke ciggaret not following the regulated places, security guards should remind them.
- Security guards will not let those who do not have duties enter the prohibited areas like Terrace on the top floor, the technical zone, camera room, the fire protection monitoring room, …
- If seeing cold box is active in public corridor is opening, security guards must turn off immediately due to the fact that no place is allowed to open without approval from management.
- Remind building construction units or maintenance departments must keep areas clean and not allowed to make the noise affecting other offices.
- Security guards must control, keep equipments which building boards have installed at public corridor and other empty places.
- Follow CCTV system
- Security guards must observe camera of all the floors in the buildings regularly to detect abnormal behavior of guests. If security guards see guests steal or damage property , they will use the radio to contact to other security positions for supporting and catching thefts, notify to building management. Make the record and notify to policeman.
- Security guards patrol buildings
- Regularly patrol all of the floors in the buildings, especially at night. During patrolling process, security guards must notice key locations such as protection fence, windows, entrance gates of the floors in the buildings.
- Supervise activities of workers at subcontractor units or building maintenance.
- Security reminds everyone implement requested regulatiob of buildings/ skycrapers. When detecting abnormal incidents, guards must notify to building management to solve them in time, not allowed bad consequences happen.
- When detecting fire or explosion, guards need to notify to other position to solve problems immediately. In case it is out of abilities, guards have to contact with firefighter agency for soving problems.
- When detecting thefts break into the buildings, contact with other positions by anyway to catch thefts as well as notify to building management, coordiante with police agency to solve problems.
- Guards need to check fire fight system frequently.when detecting any damage, it is necessary to notify for technical maintenance for repairing in time.
- Check exit ways of building/ sky craper/ office.
- Guards check level of safety of equipments using electricity in building.
- Check expensive equipments which are often stolen of the building.
- Keeping vehicle in – out system
- Guards will check and supervise whole vehicles when vehicles (cars and motorcycles) enter the basement entrance in the building. At the same time, record the car’s number, notice the car’s characteristic. With the high – value car, guards must record the characteristic of car’s owners and distribute the car tickets to the car owners, motorcycle tickers must be put in the most convenient motorcycle’s part so that checking vehicle become easier.
- When motorcycle enter, must be turned on to check whether the motorcycles have IC or not.
- When the cars enter, check windscreen wipers, rear-view mirrors, tires for replacing outside the cars, stains on the cars, … record in the book and require the car owners sign in the book for preventing that the cars owners will consider them as the guard’s faults.
- Check, supervise and do not let vehicles carry explosives into the basement floor. In case of detecting bombs in the building area, require the car owners bring out of the buildings. Notify to police immediately for evacuating people from the building.
- When the vehicles go out, guards check whether a half of the ticket, seri number, the tearing line of the ticket coincide with the half one or not. The tickets are not erased, the letters on the tickets must be similar to the half one.
- If the vehicle’s owners have lost tickets, guards must take the minutes. Moreover, check whether all documents related to those vehicles such as frame numbers, engine numbers.. coincide with vehicle’s card/ ID card or not. If it is the same, the vehicles will be take out. In case of not the same, the vehicles will be kept and otify to policeman for solving these problems.
- Guards at the basement floor direct vehicles to get in and out at right directions and park at the right place.
- If collision occurs which damages other vehicles, guards have to take the minutes to those causing damanges. Moreover, notify to car’s owners of the victim for negotiating about compensation.
- Guards check and supervise to prevent theft from stealing some parts of the cars.
- Guards patrol and supervise to prevent theft from replacing vehicle’s numbers and then steal them.
- When detecting large amount of petrol is leaking, guards should notify to car’s owner and find out solutions to solve the problems. If necessary, take the vehicles out for preventing explosion.
- Prohibit people from smoking cigarrett in the parking lot to prevent explosion.
