FACTORY PROTECTION SERVICE
Factory protection service including some basic positions as below:
- Security guards at the main gate
- Cover the status of security at main gate area.
- Supervise people and vehicles going and coming at gate.
- Summarize, record the data about customers, means of entry and some related problems in the shift books and forms following company’s regulation and requestion of customers.
- Receive information, answer the phone, transfer message…
- Instruct customers to the areas they need to contact for working.
- Notify to commander at site and people having the rights of manager about issues that affect security status at site.
- Supervise the checking attendance of employee.
- Prevent the people intentionally intruding into factory from stealing property and conduct bad activities.
- Control goods and properties of administrators, people coming and going must present paper and documents following regulations.
- Discover and deal with people/ vehicles taking violations at gate following regulation of law, discipline of factory and company.
- Security guards for patrolling
- Make sure safety at the areas that are required to patrol.
- Implement patrolling following the plans suggested to discover and detect the phenomena of unsafety, loss of factory’s property.
- Be willing to support, change and replace guards to different positions to coordinate with each other for working effectively.
- Check fire system; ensure that when fire incident occurs, all of equipments for fire fighting can be used.
- Check window systems, entrance doors, glass doors, locks, alleys, areas with the empty of people.
- Conduct closing the doors going and coming and sealing or removing sealing before and after working.
- Supervise delivering and receiving right at the palce of delivering and receiving or storage door.
- Check the barrier to prevent those intruding, notice positions which are easy to penetrate.
- Not allow people who don’t have right to enter the prohibited areas.
- Support main areas at the rush hours.
- Security guards at attic areas.
- Observe from remote areas both inside and outside, coordinate with different positions to ensure preventing from penertrate and dispersing property of customers.
